Important Guidelines for Guesthouse Accommodation

  • Only Retreat participants can apply on the following dates (these dates are not available for general accommodation).

If any devotee(s) is willing to stay for more days before/after Retreat, then either they

  1. Can fill the Guest Accommodation Form at https://shyamlatalashram.org/accommodation/ OR
  2. Can fill up the attached form and send it to us through email (shyamlatal@rkmm.org)
  • Please bring the hard copy/print out of the confirmation letter when you will come to the Ashrama.
  • Allotment of the room depends upon the actual availability at the time of arrival to our Ashrama.

To book your accommodation, please fill up the form given below and send it to us soon. Remember, you must stay for at least two (2) nights and maximum seven (7) nights.

General Rules for Accommodation

(MUST READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FILLED-UP FORM)

  1. The minimum stay is for two (2) nights and a maximum up to seven (7) nights.
  2. Bookings are only accepted through our website (online) https://shyamlatalashram.org OR email shyamlatal@rkmm.org, NOT THROUGH TELEPHONE CALL.
  3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  4. Please remember your booking Ref. No. after you get the confirmation letter and mention this Ref. No. for further communication.
  5. We do not provide accommodation for single.
  6. Allotment of the room depends upon the actual availability at the time of arrival to our Ashrama.
  7. Please maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the Ashrama.
  8. Departure time is 8 AM, right after breakfast.
  9. Bring a hard copy/printout of your confirmation letter and submit it to the office when you arrive.
  10. Kindly bring a torch light, and an umbrella.
  11. Try to minimise the cash transaction. Please send your donation online (like NEFT/RTGS/UPI).
  12. After online donation, please inform us your Full Name and Address including PIN Code (as per PAN/Aadhar Card), Mobile Number, PAN or Aadhar number through email shyamlatal@rkmm.org .
  13. All remittances to be addressed to and cheques/drafts drawn in favour of VIVEKANANDA ASHRAMA, with full name & address. Donations are exempted from Income Tax under 80G of Indian Tax Act. 1961 vide Provisional Approval No. AAATR3497GF20214 dated 28.05.2023 valid uptil 31.05.2026. Our Income Tax PAN is AAATR3497G. Under Schedule I, Article 53, Exemption (b) of Indian Stamp Act, Charitable Institutions are not required issue any stamped receipt for donations received.
  14. OUR BANK DETAILS: –
